Photos and videos
With your permission, the app reads metadata and media resources from your Apple Photos library to identify exact duplicates, similar moments, screenshots, screen recordings, older photos, Live Photos, burst photos, low-resolution images, and large videos. The app may create thumbnails for display, calculate file hashes to verify exact duplicates, estimate media size, and access a selected video when you request compression.
Analysis occurs on your device. Farr Out Apps does not upload your photos, videos, thumbnails, file hashes, filenames, or photo metadata to a developer-operated server.
The app deletes only items you select and confirm. Apple moves deleted library items to Recently Deleted, where they may remain recoverable and continue using storage until you or Apple permanently remove them. Video compression creates a new copy in Photos and does not automatically delete the original.
Contacts
With your permission, the app reads contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, and links to suggest possible duplicates. If you confirm a merge, the app combines unique fields into the contact you choose and requests deletion of the reviewed copies through Apple’s Contacts framework.
You may export reviewed contacts as a vCard backup. The exported file is created only when you request it and is sent to the location or app you choose through Apple’s document interface.
Calendars and reminders
With your permission, the app reads calendar events to identify old one-time events, possible duplicates, and recurring series. It reads reminders to identify completed, overdue, undated, possible duplicate, and recurring reminders. The app changes or deletes only the items you select and confirm.
Calendar and reminder changes may synchronize to other devices and services connected to your Apple Account. Recurring items can affect an entire series or future occurrences as explained in the confirmation shown before a change.
Device storage and cleanup history
The app reads storage-capacity values made available by iOS to display estimated used and available device storage. It cannot inspect another app’s private data, clear system caches, free memory, or guarantee a performance improvement.
The app stores cleanup history, estimated recovered bytes, preferences, onboarding status, and advertising-eligibility counts locally on your device. Storage figures and recoverable-space values are estimates and can differ because of iCloud Photos, encoding, synchronization, and Recently Deleted.
Notifications
If you enable weekly or monthly cleanup reminders, the app schedules a local notification on your device. Farr Out Apps does not operate a push-notification server for this feature. You can disable reminders inside the app or change notification permission in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions and purchases
Quick Clean Pro is available through auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple. The app uses Apple StoreKit to display products, complete purchases, restore purchases, and determine whether a verified subscription entitlement is active. Farr Out Apps does not receive your payment-card or Apple Account credentials. Apple processes purchase information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising
The free version uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner and interstitial advertising. Google and its partners may process information needed to provide, secure, limit, and measure ads, such as IP address, general device and app information, diagnostics, consent signals, and ad impressions or interactions. The exact information processed depends on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google’s practices.
Quick Clean Phone Optimizer does not currently request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission and is not designed to use the advertising identifier to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Pro subscribers do not receive ads while their verified subscription entitlement is active.
For more information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Information Farr Out Apps receives
Farr Out Apps does not currently provide accounts, cloud synchronization, or a developer-operated analytics service for Quick Clean Phone Optimizer. Farr Out Apps therefore does not receive the personal libraries or organizer data described above.
Apple and Google may receive information as described in this policy and under their own policies. If you contact support, Farr Out Apps receives the information you choose to include in your request.
Retention and deletion
Cleanup history and preferences remain locally on your device until removed by the app or its local data is deleted. Changes to Photos, Contacts, Calendar, and Reminders are managed by Apple’s frameworks and may synchronize through services you use. Deleting the app does not reverse changes already made to those libraries.
Advertising and purchase providers retain information according to their policies and legal obligations.
Children’s privacy
Quick Clean Phone Optimizer is not directed to children under 13, and Farr Out Apps does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The app is not intended for Apple’s Kids Category.
Security
The app relies on Apple’s application sandbox, system permission controls, and confirmation interfaces. No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Review every proposed change and avoid sharing personal library information in a public support request.
